The Echauguette Inn welcomes you in an authentic end of the XVIIth century environment, synonymous with calm and serenity.

The Inn is located in the womb of the fortress constructed by Vauban. This classified historical monument site is also a village with a hundred inhabitants. It is nested in the cradle of wooded mountains that extend to the borders of the Guil and Durance valleys.

Corinne and Hervé, the owners, are available to help make your stay as pleasant as possible.
They'll tell you about their passion for nature and sports. Both of them, coincidentally, have participated in the famous Embrun triathlon. Ask Hervé, a ski instructor, about the best runs, and ski techniques.

The 2 star establishment has a restaurant divided into 3 rooms,

made of an "Estaminet" (XVIIIth century tavern).

Each one of their rooms, full of charm, has its own special character, and has been given the name of a local flower.

When the weather starts to warm up, the shaded garden is the ideal place to enjoy your meal surrounded by ravishing green scenery.
